You should be fine it's only 1,000kms late. Asked about this at the dealership when I bought the Evo and I been told its ok as long as it's not ridiculously late or missed a service.

^^ I actually thought its too far towards the back. 3rd and 4th pic looks the base sit right next to the edge. I'm pretty sure spoiler on my evo has got about 20mm space from the edge.

Anyway just nice rims + lowered Erin and youre all good.

The fact that he dogged you with the price is really annoying. But if you are happy with the quality of his work then I think $200 is a fair price for fitting and painting the spoiler. Materials alone will be over 50 bux plus he have to prep the spoiler, then paint, then buff etc. plus the fitting. ...
