They don't look too bad. I'll see if I can get a used set of genuine ones, otherwise they might be the answer.

I'm also keen on some of the later model tail lights (mine has the earlier model "red" type). OEM would be nice, or an LED set that looks the same (not a big fan of unique aftermarket stuff)
