You need to connect via the OBD port and turn on the rear fog in the etacs

they will come on when you turn the fog light switch twice, first turn front fog light comes on. second turn rear come on, then same in reverse turn back once rear go off second turn front go off.

I was lucky I had a wire from my reverse camera that I used that went to my head unit I just tapped into that.
