You do have to remember that they are also giving up a day of business/work to run it, so make sure you make it worthwhile for them

I put together the one for Skylines Australia (I am on the SAU committee). Good luck getting enough Lancers to hit the minimum, even we struggled to get numbers because people lack commitment. It's also a very long and exhausting day and you should be prepared to accommodate a crowd for a whole day....
