Oh sorry, this is for a 'VRX' 4B12 NA Lancer.

I live in the US and my local tuner who's tuned the 08-10 Lancer says my 2011 (4B12 NA) ECU Rom is totally different from the previous years and is having trouble figuring out a definition for it. Does anyone know if any tuners that have defined the 2011s?

Try rubbing alcohol first. I would also recommend you remove the lights from the car as well to avoid any 'complications' with body paint in case you mess up.

If the alcohol doesn't work, try acetone but really lightly on a rag.

I wouldn't go with a paid AVS unless one of the free ones doesn't work for you for whatever reason. Just give MSSE a try and if you don't like it you're welcome to pay real money for something else.
