Terry: just normal sized tissues straight from the box? (i havent actually got around to trying it out, just read somewhere that it is for that) I think it's for the little packets of tissues you can buy at the supermarket. My missus usually carries them around in her handbag so I'll have to see if...

Talking to a mate about this yesterday and he said there was an article on this on a motoring website that said that Mitsubishi will still be making some kind of performance version of the Lancer but will be dropping the Evolution name, so basically the Evo X will be the last one to carry the name. ...

Hey Glen, No matter what Mitsu does, I think they will always have an Aspire. It's their trademark model designation as is: Calais for Holden. Ghia for Ford. etc etc. Sam  That's a worry because Ford dropped the Ghia name about 2 years ago so the Aspire may not be as safe as you think. Ford h...

;) Well..... 2 factors come up here imho. Firstly, when they drain the oil - they really don't have the time to wait for all the old oil to drain out - so it'll start partially black. I also am led to believe that synthetically fortified is NOT a synthetic oil. In all my research, it's just the sam...

I'd only travelled 150km with the Valvoline oil in my engine before I got around to replacing it. MY GOD!! *eek* It was a jet black goop. Engine needed a good flush before I'd put my oil back into it. So if anyone else is thinking of using Valvoline ProBlend, or their service department uses it, I h...

I suppose it's the same with most things but you seem to remember the negative comments more than the positives and I've heard quite a few negatives about Valvoline. The dealership here in Darwin are usually quite good. For most of my services they only charge me $80 for the vehicle inspection as I ...

Valvoline Pro-Blend - Dealership Service
I had my VRX in the local dealership for its 30,000km / 24 month service (only travelled 22,00km) the other day. When I dropped it off I specifically told them not to touch the oil as I'd only changed it 2,000kms ago with Castrol Edge Sport and didn't want it replaced. A couple of hours later I get ...

Well it appears no-one in Darwin has the Ryco filter in stock but Bursons are getting one sent up and will cost $25. The only Mitsubishi dealer in town is asking $69 for genuine filter, and if I want it fitted during the 24 month service due next week, which will set me back $450, they'll install it...
