USB interface socket

Has anyone purchased / installed one of these USB interface socket systems into the blank buttons on their dash?
If so would it ge easy for an electrician noob to do? Or would it be just better to get one of those dual 12v ubs plugs?
Appreciate your info. Thanks

Re: What did you do today?

Put on some weather shields I ordered last week off EBay from CT Auto Parts in Sydney. I think they look good so far, despite not seeing it outside in sunlight

Re: 2011 Mitsubishi Lancer SX

Those painted wheel caps look great. Thought about doing mine years ago, but now I've seen yours might have to give it a go!

Got my new Pirelli P1 tyres fitted this morning. First impressions, tad softer ride & a slight reduction in road noise compared to the stock Yokohama's.

Failing that I actually ordered mine in from Super Cheap Auto - made by Road Gear cost me about $80 for all 4 mats. They all fit perfectly (including drivers side floor clips). The only thing I was hoping for at the time was rubber backing for a more durable feel. Turns out they are not, but its...
