Re: Help buying Ralliart
I owned a ralliart from new. It did 75000km over 10 years before being written off in an accident. The SST was fine on original fluids, the engine was all good, serviced regularly and driven short distances/ commute (as indicated by low km after 10+ years) Only got 10k from insurance. My fault for n...

Thanks for the feedback. At this stage i am hooking up a 2700mA charger over night to keep it all topped up. You can poke small allegator clips under the battery cover without pulling off cold air intake and battery cover on the ralliart. Had the car serviced at the dealer today. Got a call to say a...

Main Battery flat. Parasitic load?
I have had the NRMA out 3 times to jump start the car. Battery load tests fine, less than 2 years old, charges fine, second battery since new. Battery will hold sufficient charge for 24 hours, so if I go away, the car won't restart. There is a one amp draw with everything off. Standard car, no light...

Which car to buy to replace the CJ, not Mitsubishi
I have seen many people move on over the years, from Focus XR5, to Prado, from Mazda 3 MPS to Hilux to replace their CJ Lancer. What car are you looking forward to in the near or distant future which might be on your list to replace your current ride, given mine is 7 years old this year. I'll start....

Hyundai 2.0T: Crate motor ( New Sonata motor)
Quick general question. Would a Hyundai motor be an easy fit to a Lancer. same family of motor, similar RA size turbo, connects to a 6 speed auto in Sonata. Available in the USA as a crate motor.
