I been looking but i can't find the thread, do you think you can help me out please?

Hey guys im looking to paint my front lip and chrome grill using Plasti Dip and I just wanted some instructions on how to do it. Do you have to remove the bumper to do the front lip? I know you have to use tape and all that.. But i would just like to see some visuals and instructions on how to do it...
