That is excellent. :D Love the HUD too! Looks like I have another weekend project lined up! I'll look at the pin, see if I can find it through the likes of RS, Farnell (Element14) etc. Failing that I'll pass it over to the purchasing officer at work and ask her to track it down. Will come back with ...

Illuminated Cup Holder
Has anyone in their travels come across a mod for illuminating the cup holder? Seemingly pointless aye! But on a country run last eve I had to fish around to get a bottle in there because my eyes couldn't adjust to the darkness of the cabin from the brightness of the highbeams; well adjust fast enou...

I think there will be a fair difference in the quality / grade of the leather tho. I've got on my wheel and it feels... Thin. Look at the above pics, you can see on the VRX/Aspire version bulges at the seams where the four segments join around the circumference - Where the Evo's is smooth all around...

@gadams If I read the project site right for 01:00, it's a beautifully elegant solution; kudos! Questions: I've read previously about the GPS being fine tuned with the signal feed into the MMCS by the blue/white speed pulse wire. To your knowledge, does using the override frequently throw your fix o...

There's still no new solution to a centre console switch without (re)using either the AFS or AWC switch is there? I know the old Galant ones fitted but they're rare to find now. All I want is a blank momentary switch in that position. So many possible uses! Wonder if you could mash the top of a blan...

*hides guilty look* apart from tyres, rotors and pads my last drive didn't get any love or attention... I drove it into the ground (intentionally). Wasn't serviced for 135,000Km. It's still parked out of the front of the house waiting for me to be bothered to have it crushed into a cube. Should pull...

I drive for work (~80% business use). Entirely mixed driving, day, night, peak, off-peak, city and highway; based on the logbook I'm ~20% freeway. ~40% peak time / city driving, ~40% moderate traffic. I fill from empty each on tank, I normally I pour in somewhere around the 50 to 55 L out of a "...

It's funny reading the previous posts. I drive through an industrial area to / from work and there is a lot of heavy truck traffic. The previous drive's bonnet looked like a starry night with the amount of stone chips but that took 6 years to accumulate. I'm already starting to see a number of chips...

Having lived with MMCS for 1.5 years now, I have come up with two 'silly' thoughts. 1. Can that red background be changed at all? 2. Is there a way to enable listening to music files from a separate device via Bluetooth? Cheers Making a pure assumption based on the interface's design, the backgroun...
