I had a parcel damaged by Australia post and they refunded the total purchase price. You will have to fill out some paper work to make a claim. I must say though, the overall quality of the wing is excellent, it feels really solid, and everything seems to line up great with the guide holes on the boot! This really is an excellent product, and well worth the price, I just hope I get this sorted somehow.
