Hey s84kam, I think I can see your problem, it's either the pen or the bottle of water that you pulled out.

But thanks anyway for the update. I think it just confirmed my decision to not get one.

(BTW sorry for tapping on to an old thread)

Anyway, I finally finished the wheel wells, and to be honest, I wasn't really inpressed. I'm becoming a little obsessed with the road noise that occurs going down the M4. I live around the concord exit, and once or twice a week (sometimes even more) I have to drive all the way to Mt Druitt, and the ...

so you're suggesting I concentrate in the boot area, and the rear of the car in general? Makes sense, it is just a hollow compartment. I work in a ship, so I know all about noise in hollow metal compartments.

Where to start with sound insulation.

I know the topic of sound deadening/insulation/proofing has been tackled before, but what I want to know is where to start? I have some 3M body deadener from SCA http://media.supercheapauto.com.au/sca/images/220408.jpg I was gonna use this in the wheel wells, (on the outside of the car). And then I'...

My wife said that the new Maz3 looks like a curvy Lancer. She's kinda right, think about it. The tail lights, the front grill. So, to further support someone elses remark, the 3 looks like a girls car, because they look like a girl. I like the curves on a girl too, but I'm not gonna have a boob job....

I'm also interested in doing this in the near future. What about the additional costs of painting and installing? Or do they only charge by the hour?

the dark windows are cool. no-one can see you (from the side windows)... they also offer great protection from the sun. I also like the baby on board sign, it makes it look real tough.

A sad day...

It is indeed a sad day people. As I was driving through the city, after dropping someone off. I was on my way home again when I went around a bend and to my utter shock and dismay I went over what I thought was a pot hole. The tyre went bang, the tyre went woosh, and I went F*@K!!!!!!.... (Dramatic ...

Yellow is sweet, but you gotta get the pin striping on the tyres too. I saw a yellow ford KA (of all things) dropped with yellow pin striping on the tyres and it looked sweet! (you know... for a Ka). Also maybe blacking out the roof too. I don't have the luxury of that sorta detail on the car so I f...

And 'scaverX', I see we have the same taste in wheels. I've been wanting these wheels for a long time. Finally got them for a birthday present.
