Re: Has anybody tinted their aftermarket tail lights?

Be interesting to see if Mitsubishi still supply them as im keen on OEM ones, would prefer black though as it looks good on the silver.

Panel beaters said they couldnt source one anywhere but i believe you can get them from the states, how unsure if it's direct fit as im unsure if the USA lancers have the exac...

Far out, that's a lotta k's. Good work! How is the upholstery holding up? Thankyou !! upholstery holding up ok, i had to get the seat fixed on the drivers side (new padding ) and changed the brake pedal pad only once. The rear seats rarely get used and nothing has ever been in the cupholders. Some ...

Re: Finally cracked 400,000 kms.

Glen Thanks for letting us know how solid and reliable the Lancer is, yours has to be the one with the most kays on the clock I have come across. The exhaust you speak of is just a small piece of the jigsaw puzzle to get the car over the deliberately detuned items that Mitsubishi have installed. On...

Finally cracked 400,000 kms.

Hey everyone, long time member here. I joined back in 2010 after purchasing my CJ ( VR) lancer brand new. My car is now on 407,000 kms and still going strong. I used to attend many cruises over the years up here in QLD and when i used to live in Sydney. Sadly it seems the QLD section of this forum i...

Re: How to kill a 4B11 engine

I have my oil changed on my lancer every 10K, I now have 340,000 on it and still runs like new, although slightly less power compared when I bought brand new back in 2010. Still original water pump, fuel pump, alternator, radiator.

Still same CV joints, Its a CVT. Valve body was replaced at 200,000. Apart from regular servicing, only battery changes and rear suspension end links were replaced.

Re: ClubCJ's Future and Potential

I joined this club back in 2010, was certainly more active back then compared to now, I rarely get on here now. I still have my CJ (Approaching 300,000kms) and its getting old and tired. A lot of people have moved on and have other cars now. There were more cruises back in the old days. I was attend...
