Personally, I'd be looking into Dixcel stuff if it's available for your car... Much better quality products then RDA & DBA & all very similar in price. They also have matching pads to go with the rotors which is always a bonus. I'm pretty sure Just JDM will be able to look after you for that...

Actually don't mind the look of it... One of the models (Guessing the TD) has a nice bonnet lump on it which makes it look even better :) Pretty sure the Outlander has become a much larger car then it's original models... Same with the Subaru Forester & Toyota Rav 4. So techinically the ASX woul...

Late November or early December would get my vote :) I think a Sunday would also be the best day.

I know of a few car clubs that have held get togethers around the Stanwell Park area... Do a drive through Nasho, then have a bit of a picnic lunch. Only down side is it all comes down to the weather.

A by-pass valve is a Blow Off Valve that is plumbed back from what I understand. By-pass valve is technically the correct terminology, but (In most tuner circles - at least the ones I'm part off) they are still BOVs that are plumbed back. There is so much different terminology that is getting aroun...

^^^ True true :)

Could be mistaken, but it seems like the MY10 doesn't roll back (Or not as much) as older models.

Can someone confirm this?

If you're looking for nice CF vents, ARC, Varis Sport & Sigma Speedshop have some good stuff :D

Only trick is, they aren't cheap since they are Japanese (IE - The real stuff ;) )... Otherwise Rexpeed have a good quality product at very good prices.

There has been talk of Subaru & Mitsubishi making high performance diesels. Personally, I think a Hybrid EVO is more likely then a diesel as Mitsubishi has been developing that for years (Electric EVO 7). Subaru are more likely to run an STI diesel... But I think I'll stick to my petrol cars for...

That's interesting, considering the front plates are generally where you get the most flexibility... Have seen MX-5's with stickers or magnetic number plates. Plus, cameras take the image from the rear anyway if I'm not mistaken... Otherwise motor bikes would need to have a front plate. Anyway, it's...

What you describing is very typical when automatic turbo cars... Remember the SST isn't an automatic... From a technical stand point, no, it's not a conventional auto... But the way it drives in terms of throttle response & how it reacts in normal auto mode are very much the same as a conventio...

Its not really throttle lag, Isn't it just Turbo lag you guys are talking about ? You could say it's a little of both... Having that little bit of turbo lag probably exacerbate the situation (As I have mentioned, I've experienced this in all turbo cars I have owned / driven) however, the fly by wir...

I have been in an evoX with a throttle controller and the difference is amazing :)

The fly-by wire throttle doesn't help things at all.

I would look at an evo or RA if they weren't so useless in fuel economy.... If they had the 60LT tank from a normal lancer it wouldn't be soo lame... Otherwise its just not worth getting 1 as a daily driver. I guess that depends on how much you expect out of a tank :P The last 2-3 cars I've had got...
