A by-pass valve is a Blow Off Valve that is plumbed back from what I understand. That's interesting, considering the front plates are generally where you get the most flexibility... Have seen MX-5's with stickers or magnetic number plates. I would look at an evo or RA if they weren't so useless in fuel economy.... If they had the 60LT tank from a normal lancer it wouldn't be soo lame...
