Same thing happened to my vrx, first time dealer just buggered the seat side and fixed it. (bent the steel bar for the side of the seat so it stuck out a bit) 2nd time i squeezed my fingers in and slowly fed it in and it unjammed. Then took it back and got the dealer to replace it.

Well picked up the new toy on tuesday. Happy so far

Always loved there service department from back in the days they were a land rover dealership. Sales side suck every time we have been there. Tried buying a VR-X and didn't have the time to sit down and talk trade. Didn't even bother to ring me back like they said they would. So bought it from Zupps...

Had the same on ours last service, they reset it to 12 moths but it was counting down from 30,000 k's. Told them next time it was there and they fixed it to the 15k amount.

would be interested in 1 as a spare, am in QLD though so would have to look at freight cost I guess

Just got ours from Zupps at Aspley. Very happy although it did takes us 3 1/2 hrs to haggle the price down.
