I just made them work by plugging a cable into the 3 pin connector and they work like a charm!!! right now I just need to fix the alignment .....

I have heard that some Lancers doesn't have the harness for the paddle shifters and some do. I'm not sure now if I have the wiring harness to make them work..

If your going to drop in a high flow cat have a look here to make sure you get the right diameter exhaust https://www.lukey.com.au/pages/exhaust-size If you want performance then make sure to get extractors as well.
