Re: Center Console Buttons
I've always wanted to mount a dashcam in a low forward/backward position to record some cool winding drives. It would be on my wish list.

Re: Center Console Buttons
The camera runs into the 2nd AUX in my Android HU Oh so it's for the reverse camera. Right? And the switch is like a manual over-ride. In terms of lights, I've been thinking of going "All Bush": * Pair of 40W LED driving lights just above number plate bracket * LED Bar just below my roof ...

Re: Center Console Buttons
You can't put in an ejection seat function
I have the copyright on it
Buggers. I'll have to post back the ejection seats to my ebay seller. Luckily I have ebay plus.

Re: Center Console Buttons
Should have postered this earlier but... this is mine, the right on is the turn the power off to the front camera, the middle is a couple of USB ports with volt meter (AliExpress) The left is a garage opener, shy don't tell anyone. Nice. When you say front camera, do you mean dashcam? I'm assuming ...

Re: Center Console Buttons
Thanks all for the photos and prices. It's helpful for all of us with lower specced models.
I think I might put a voltmeter switch next to my "Ejection Seat" switch

Re: Center Console Buttons
@bumblebee I try not to use Ali express (I don't have an account yet). But yes, there does seem like Ali has 100x more mitsu switches than ebay. I'm not certain I need I all the different types though.

Center Console Buttons
Hi everyone, I want to put some some switches/buttons on the center console where my coin box currently is atm. And I've got some questions. 1. What is the part called that houses the buttons (in place of the coin box)? 2. What is this blank space used for? https://imgur.com/a/328SkkA https://i.imgu...

Re: Replacement MMCS touch screen
Good job. Always good to see something ready to be thrown out being brought back to life. I've fixed quite a few mobile phone digitizers. They're usable but not always perfect. Maybe it's the connectors or maybe because the OEM models have some special instructions. I dunno. Even if this achieves 90...

Re: Tapping into turn lights for DRL
@Tywhiteguy Do the lights light up (and stay up) when you unlocked your car?

Re: Tapping into turn lights for DRL
@bumblebee I'm a bit wary about connectors that cut into the wire but the Posi Tap looks like it punctures more than cuts in. So I might look into that. Thanks
Also, what gauge should I be looking at?

Re: Tapping into turn lights for DRL
I thought the turning thing would dim or turn off the DRL on that side when indicating
If that was its only function then I won't be bothered. But if it did turn on when unlocking the car then I'd be interested.
From the replies so far though, it seems no one has tried to do this yet.
