I actually paid more than $30,000... because I put a heap of extras on like a sunroof, window tints, fog lamps, rear park sensors, etc. etc. Made me even madder that after I went for all factory stuff, they still didn't look after me.

I was definitely thinking of going elsewhere, but was worried that as the salesman who sold me my car is the only one who's seen the scuff marks and scratches, another dealership wouldn't honour my claim. Right on the money SIR-VRX, does their reputation proceed them??? Worst customer service I have experienced in a long, long time and for anything - let alone a $30,000 motor vehicle. The local Toyota service department for our other car was far, far superior for a $200-$300 job.

Just tossing up whether to order a sunroof wind deflector as I'm getting some really bad wind noise once I hit 50-60km/h. They retail for $110 and I'm not sure how much difference it will make. Does anyone else have one? I had a sunroof in one of my first cars and never had this problem.
